img1We will begin with a free consultation, so we can define the core business conflicts you’d like to resolve and decide how we might best work together. An informal assessment of your situation helps to clarify which of my services can best ensure your success, both strategically and operationally.

Since your mission, values and strategic intents inform this initial consultation, it is essential that I understand what is most important to you and what you hope to achieve.

IMPLEMENTING

Whether we embark on an Arcady Mediation, Collaboration Training,, Conflict Resolution Coaching or an on-going contract for Beyond Mediation…you will receive a written recommendation and outline of practical components designed to guide you from where you are now to where you want to go.

How we actually work together will depend on what the best fit is for you and your organization.

We will agree beforehand on the scope of the work and the fees. I will provide you with a list of services to be provided. In some cases it will be a monthly fee; in other cases we will agree on a fee for service. I will give you a firm price. Monthly fees are due the month prior. 50% of fee for service is required to begin. Our contract will indicate how we determine when the assignment is complete at which time the final 50% comes due.

ARCADY MEDIATION’S UNIQUE ADVANTAGE

Much of my approach is based on the innovative Nonviolent Communication® form of mediation (NVC Mediation) developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph.D. for resolving disputes in international warring environments around the world. It is also used successfully among families and friends. It is a deeply human and effective process that can bring about transformative changes you do not yet believe are possible.

I bring more than ten years experience as an instructor of this system, in addition to more than 30 years of management experience in the corporate and non-profit arenas. This consulting practice is based on my years of broad, practical experience, plus in-depth systems applications, so I now bring all of what I know as a manager, trainer and mediator to help you implement your most fitting business solutions.
