One of the most common complaints in organizations is about wasted time in endless, inefficient meetings, which achieve little more than mediocre, soul-draining results.

REACHING COLLABORATION: THE PROCESS
There are four simple but profound steps for optimal participation in groups. In Collaboration Training, you learn to:
1. Identify what’s most important to you
2. Shift your awareness from the burden of what should be to what you most want to have happen
3. Express yourself so others really hear you
4. Hear what is most important for others
IMPLEMENTATION
This training is offered as a series of four 4-hour workshops, on-site, with follow-up coaching. It is engaging and interactive as it draws on your team’s real-time work experiences as the basis for everyone’s learning.
Before the training begins, we will agree on the context and procedures for the four workshops. We will agree on the fee, which will be due one week prior to beginning the training.
Ideally, by the end of the training, a solution has emerged that resolves a long-standing stuck point for the group, and each person is freshly motivated by taking responsibility for its implementation.
