Beyond Mediation is a coaching-style relationship, one that serves the aliveness that has been sparked in everyone involved in a successful mediation.
Its purpose is to add stretch to you and your organization, not in a way that is overwhelming but carefully crafted so each person can self-select for his or her own growth.
IMPLEMENTATION
It will become apparent shortly after mediation is concluded whether or not this Beyond Mediation service would be beneficial to you. Some telltale signs are…

Together, we evolve a new solution and set in place the steps to support it. This usually involves a minimum 6-month contract with a monthly fee due at the beginning of each month. We agree on the scope, time and amount of the contract before we begin.
